Develop a code to implement the following rules: a. If right side is bright and left side is dark, rotate the panel to 0. b. If left side is bright and right side is dark, rotate the panel to 180. c. Read the brightness of both side, develop a code that can adjust the angle according to the average of the brightness of both sensors. If both sensors detect identical brightness, rotate the panel to 90. 4. Assignment: Write your code to implement the above rules
