Renoir. A trial is coming up on December 4, 2023 in Milton, and the paralegal representing Jeanne Renoir has served documents prepared by Eugenia Onegin of Eugenia Onegin Earthworks (who does business at an address for you to invent in Barrie), under Rule 18.02. These documents include photographs taken at Jeanne Renoir's home, a Work Order for the remedial work recommended, and Onegin's itemized invoice for $4,336.55. Samsa wants to cross-examine Onegin at trial and has instructed you to draft and prepare the appropriate Summons to Witness, serve it on Eugenia Onegin (and on anyone else who must be served with copies) and have Affidavits of Service ready for our next lecture.
