After tting at least ve trousers, he selected a grey trouser size 30 waist and informed the sales clerk that he will be purchasing the trouser. The Sales Clerk wrote out the required bill for payment at the cashier and placed the trouser in a beautiful hand held bag, with the instructions to Mr. Lewis to proceed to the cashier and pay for the trouser. Mr. Lewis took possession of the bag with the trouser and the bill and proceeded to the cashier. At the cashier, the sum was entered into the cash register and Mr. Lewis suddenly indicated he was no longer interested in purchasing the trouser. The cashier asked Mr. Lewis if he had any concerns.
