This model represents a decision concerning number of hours spent by biochemists on certain

laboratory experiments and number of hours spent by biophysicists on the same series of

experiments. A biochemist costs R23 per hour, while a biophysicist's salary averages R18 per

hour. Both types of scientists can be used on three needed laboratory operations: test 1, test 2,

and test 3. The experiments and their times are as follows:
