This needs to be done in PowerShell

Must create programs that use a while, for and an until loop with the following parameters:

1. Teachers name
2. Todays date
3. Ask the for test scores from a final exam.
   1. If a user fails, (< 60) then enter the students name and pass this out to text file called needsHelp.txt
   2. If a user passes with flying colors (> 90) then enter the students name and pass this out to a text file called bestOf.txt
4. Scores must be between 0 and 100
5. Scores cannot be null (nothing)
6. Have the user enter a sentinal value to quit
7. At the end of the program display the following:
   1. Teachers name
   2. Todays date
   3. Average score
   4. Total number of As, Bs, Cs.
8. Display lists of names of the students who didnt pass the test
9. Display lists of names from the bestOf.txt

Note: you will need to do this logic in 3 separate programs.
