This paper is to be your synopsis of the course including your own self-understanding of leadership and how you will use that to make a difference in the world. Remember, that leadership happens in big and small settings and so changing the world can happen on big and small scales as well. You should be incorporating examples from both texts for the course and ensuring proper use of terminology. Demonstrate what you have learned during this course and develop those ideas into a personal leadership philosophy. 

In your paper, you should respond to the following (not necessarily in this order): 

What is your leadership philosophy? 

What famous leaders would you look to as leadership role models and why? (think about your Who Is assignments) 

How has your understanding of leadership changed or developed during the course?  

Which of the leadership theories we discussed resonate with you and why? 

Papers need to follow standard academic writing expectations  You should include at minimum 3 different academic quality references (only one can be the textbook) to support your ideas and cite them appropriately using an academic format such as APA or MLA. You must include a bibliography at the end of the paper, in addition to your in-text citations.
