This paper will focus on: Stress, Strategies, and Health Discuss the stressors in your life. What strategies do you use to manage stress? How effective are they? Discuss the impact of stress on your overall health and wellbeing. What does the research say regarding stress and effective stress management strategies? How can you "be better" at stress? (Watch Kelly McGonigal's Ted Talk on Stress - posted in the D2L courseroom). The paper should be three pages in length (not including the Title Page and Reference Page). Include at least one scholarly reference (e.g., other textbooks, research, journal articles) in addition to the text. Sources such as About.com and Wikipedia are not considered to be scholarly sources.
