This Part 1 of the Final Case Study project is focused on the very first parts of the stages of Planning and Buildup for a project. Note that information contained below may be partial or ill-defined: this is intentional, to mirror the realities of the project intake, and to engage the Student on defining what is missing and how to lead on the solution. This also requires some "stretch" in how to use tools and methods, and to make leadership-level decisions on what a good Deliverable looks like (perhaps despite the assignment.)
