This part is asking to type or choose the answers from your regression excel file.

The data is from "CanadianJournal of Economics", August 1992.So it is real data.I will send you the individual excel file.

In a very brief introduction:

Absenteeism is a serious employment problem in most countries. Two economists launched a research project to learn more about the problem.

They randomly selected 100 organizations to participate in a 1-year study. For each organization, they recorded:

Column 1: "Average number of days absent per employee (Dependent variable)";

And several variables thought to affect absenteeism (You can also think one or several other variables that "could", you don't really know whether that will impact the absenteeism).

The variables used in this study are:

Column 2: Average employee wage

Column 3: Percentage of part-time employees

Column4: Percentage of unionized employees

Column 5: Availability of Shiftwork(1 = yes; 0 = no)

Column 6: Union-management relationship (1 = good; 0 = not good);

Answer the questions inside the assignments.
