This presentation is about employee's embezzlement for accounting course. I attach an instruction for project and powerpoint file. Could you give me some advice to improve this presentation?

(1) Does it make sense clearly?

(2) Is the flow of presentation smooth? If not, where does it have problems?

(3) Is there anything to need to be fixed?

(4) Does this presentation fulfill the instruction required?

Some are ESL students, so it may be confusing due to grammar errors.

This project is worth a total of 80 points for each student. You will apply the learning objectives of Chapter 7: Fraud, Internal Control, and Cash to an actual case and present your group findings and recommendations in class for the project. INSTRUCTIONS Requirement: Your team is to select a small business or non-profit entity that incurred financial loss from employee theft or embezzlement (of company funds or other financial resources) that resulted in the arrest, indictment, or conviction of the employee. 1. Conduct an internet search to locate the potential news article or story within the last 24 months of the due date of this Project for leads. This is not about a company defrauding its customers (company fraud). The story must be about theft or embezzlement by the employee from the employercompany (employee fraud). Anything else, you will get -0- points. Use these key words in your search to generate as many leads: employee embezzled / embezzlement, misappropriated / misappropriation, theft of company funds / cash in Hawaii, etc. Evaluate your leads thoroughly and determine whether your selection has sufficient detail - how the employee committed the fraudulent acts and what happened to the victim company - for your team to develop into an informative presentation as required in instruction 2. Selection is on the first-available basis due to limited cases. Present the news article or the related summary for preapproval by me before commencing any work. 2. Present your team project live in class in 10 to 12 minutes using PowerPoint or the equivalent visual aids. No pre-recorded presentation will be allowed. Team members shall take turn speaking and presenting for at least one and a half minutes each. Time penalty is 1 point per minute per team member for going over or under. For the live team presentation, Provide a summary of the case about who, what, when, where, why, and how. Be specific about how the employee was able to cover up his or her acts. You must start over if you are not able to. Explain the internal control principles (in Chapter 7) violated. Suggest specific and feasible steps that the company could have taken to prevent similar employee embezzlement in the future. a. Recommendations should address the size of the company and the costs of implementing those steps. b. In general, assume the small business cannot afford to hire additional employee and must make use of available employees. Dress professionally. 3. The total points that you may earn for the project shall be based on the team performance as a whole and your project contribution as a team member individually. You will therefore be evaluated by your team members for the quality of your contribution to the project.
