This project talks about a Sports Team that two of the group members $($A and B$)$ have worked

on$.$ This team was formed quite recently and A and B have been a part of it for $4$ months now.

It was a co$-$ed team of around $15$ people and was overlooked by an association. It was formed

for matches to be played against other teams $($or districts$)$ every weekend. Where there are

teams, conflicts are bound to arise, may it be within the team or even issues with members of

other teams. This report aims at understanding the problems and conflicts that arose between

the teams that led to rising of serious issues and understanding which organizational

behaviour theories and concepts that can be applied herein, to counteract such conflicts and

resolve them by figuring out solutions and determining potential alternatives to mitigate the

issue and how to implement these solutions by clearly evaluating all the options. identify the problem faced by members A and B
