This question is based on the law of TORT, i would like to identify elements such as Duty of care ,Breach of duty, Causation and Damages if present. Please elaborate in your analysis. (C) Martin Stew

Mr. Stew is employed as a Cashier at Price Shoppers. Within the last three months Jamie Bash another employee at Price Shoppers has been harassing Martin and making threats against him and his family. Martin reported each incident to his immediate Supervisor; however, no action was taken by the management of Price Shoppers.

On the 10^thJune 2010 Jamie tripped Martin in the Employees' Locker Room which caused him to fall on his face, damaging his nose and his teeth. Martin reported the incident to the Human Resources Department and also requested a transfer to another branch of Price Shoppers. On 25^thJune, 2022 at around 7:30 pm, Jamie approached Martin with a knife and threaten "to deal with him" if any further reports were made to Human Resources about him.Advise Martin of any action he may bring against Price Shoppers.
