Implement "Circle" and "Cylinder" classes with a minimal number of fields, constructors, and methods to demonstrate all aspects of legitimate inheritance.

Fill in logic for all constructors and methods. If need be, you may assume a Point class that holds x and y coordinates of a 2d Point.
