Scenario

You are the executive director of a human services program. The workforce in program is diverse. Workforce in this assessment can be understood as individuals from the same agency. Within this agency, there may be many differences between individuals. The nature of the work includes both in-office and out-of-office (remote) work. As a result, there is a new policy. Employees will remotely work Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. During this time employees are required to be accessible online during work hours, be able to work in a private place, and have their own equipment (the organization does not provide at-home equipment).

Address all three parts for this assessment.

Part One

Using the scenario described above, provide a cited overview of issues related to diversity of a workforce. Issues include, but are not limited to diversity of technology access, communication styles, accessibility, abilities, community, and individuals' views on what is important and seen as correct (values).
