This should be a reasonably enjoyable assignment. Your task is to watch a movie and write four paragraphs that demonstrate your knowledge of Organizational Psychology. I have included four links to lists of workplace movies in Course Links (at the bottom).

Here are the instructions for the assignment -

Pretty much any movie (not TV show) where most of the action takes place in a workplace (ideally a large organization) will work for this assignment.

Write four paragraphs relating characters in the movie (and/or aspects of the organization depicted in the movie) to the following topic areas -

Paragraph 1; Relationship of characters to Intentions and Drivers at Work (Motivation - ch3).

Paragraph 2: Relationship of characters to Workplace Attitudes (ch4).

Paragraph 3: Relationship of workplace characteristics to Occupational Stress (ch6).

Paragraph 4: Management style and manager characteristics depicted in the organization (ch8).
