The device shall function as stated: -In complete darkness, the LED must be on. -In daylight, the LED must be on standby mode at a flashing frequency less than 0.5Hz with a duty cycle of less than 10% -The LED will need to have a minimum of 150mA to achieve an effective lumen output. -Your design must be analog - that is, only containing resistors/capacitors/inductors/transistors/diodes/LEDS. NO MICROCONTROLLERS. Provide a 2-3 page report on your decisions for your design, and the correct equations showing how your circuit functions. Additionally, in the report attach your schematic and show that it functions as intended. Extra Credit (Max 25%): Keep in mind that cost and size are always factors that make electronics appealing. Find the components needed for your circuit along with a price breakdown. The device should be very small, and as cheap as possible. When price goes down, tolerance of components also goes down. This is the game you must play. Make your circuit be 100% functional at the lowest cost.
