A. Identify Instrument
In this section, write the name of the instrument (instrument is a research term for survey), for example "Self Esteem Survey" and then explain the purpose or what you might learn as you reflect on the questions and your answers. A sentence or two should be adequate.
B. Indicator of strength/weakness and Interpret/Evaluate
In this section explain thoroughly:
1) Provide all of your self-esteem scores. List scores and give a sentence summary of what these scores mean.
2) Discuss your self-esteem scores. Do you agree with the results? Why or why not? Compare and discuss the differences in your scores.
3) What influences your self-esteem?
4) Discuss 2 specific and recent examples where you demonstrated a typical self-esteem response. Also, give one (1) example, when you did not act or respond as you typically would.
5) Integrate textbook concepts on self-esteem into your response.
6) How does self-esteem management impact your interpersonal communication? Provide details.
7) Report strengths/weakness, explain by interpreting and evaluating your survey results thoroughly.

C. Apply Results to your Life
In this section, provide details and examples thoroughly :
- How can you apply the survey results and your evaluation of these results, to aspects of your life moving forward?
- Please describecircumstancesthat trigger certain self-esteem responses?
- What goals do you have regarding these traits?
- Do you want to continue to work on a strength or improve a weakness? For example, there are times when it may be appropriate to decline commenting, but not all of the time. Be thoughtful and detailed in your response. Be sure to proofread your answers for grammatical and spelling errors before submitting by the end of this unit.
