This Task requires you to hold a meeting to provide an update on project progress and identified challenges to the project manager and at least one (1) other relevant stakeholder. You may include people from your actual workplace or people who act in a role play with you. This can either be directly observed by the Assessor or through a video recording. It can be done in the workplace or through simulation and role plays using Scenario 1 provided in Assessment 1. Other evidence can be accepted on agreement of the Assessor. If you are using the Scenario you may add any required information. Make sure you demonstrate the following in your meeting: Provide an update on project progress using status reports, kpis, risk assessments and/or stakeholder feedback Report identified challenges Solicit feedback about any changes required to the project - at least one (1) is required Use clear language and appropriate non-verbal features to provide relevant information Use active listening and appropriate questioning techniques
