This task requires you to hold a meeting with the project manager and at least one (1) other stakeholder to communicate shortfalls in project quality outcomes and collaborate to develop resolutions. You may include people from your actual workplace or people who act in a role play with you. This can either be directly observed by the Assessor or through a video recording. It can be done in the workplace or through simulation and role plays using the Scenario provided in Assessment 2. Other evidence can be accepted on agreement of the Assessor
