To complete this task, you must:

  • Review the following:
  • Organisational documents/sources of information reviewed in Workplace Project Task 1, including:
  • Organisational hierarchical structure
  • Workplace policies and procedures relevant to performance management
  • Requirements for training in your workplace, such as workplace policies and procedures for conducting training in your workplace
  • Identify at least two relevant personnel who need training on how to use your organisation's performance management system
  • Access organisational documents/sources of information about the work schedules of the identified personnel

  • Develop a training plan about your organisation's performance management system

The training plan must include:

  • An overview of the proposed training

This must contain:

  • Names of personnel that will participate in the training
  • Position of the corresponding personnel
  • Department of each identified personnel
  • Proposed schedule of training

The proposed schedule must be within the available times of the identified personnel.

  • At least one objective of training
  • Plans for at least two training sessions

Leave the 'Actual Date and Time of Each Training Session' and 'Assessor's Signature' blank. You will complete them after conducting training in Workplace Project Task 4.

  • Communicate the following to the identified personnel:
  • Training overview
  • Proposed training plan

  • Resources you are required to access to complete the task.
  • All criteria your submission must address to satisfactorily complete this task.

Your assessor will discuss these resources with you, and the criteria outlined in this form prior to this assessment.

  • Partially completed training record that includes the developed training plan
  • Evidence ofcommunicating the proposed training sessionswith the identified personnel. Evidence can include:
  • Email correspondence
  • Meeting minutes
  • Video/audio recording of communication
