Sure, but no worries tho... you will not have my own experience for the answer, but I need some general relevant ideal and theroy from Leadership and Change Management theroy, because I have some difficulties with principles of Leadership and Change Management theroy . I don't know what it is and how to apply in a living case . You can tell any one of yours own experience for this topic. After I get your story, It will remain me from my own experience.
