This turns out to be the last forum - it does not matter if you agree or disagree, the workplace in today's environment has changed there is a much greater emphasis on diversity: equity, inclusion; political correctness and so forth. Once again, forget your own personal position on any of these things - it is a fact that there is a higher level of sensitivity with respect to all of the aforementioned elements. The forum question is simply this - Given what you now know about organizational behavior - is the increased emphasis we see in the workplace likely to create (long term) a more productive and effective work environment or are there possibly some unintended (negative) consequences from the changes one sees taking place? Support your position by writing a few sentences on this question and then post a reply to one other person - on the post to another, explain why you agree or disagree or whatever - but do not just say - I like your post!
