This was my first ever job and is something that I enjoy doing for work while in college. What I think is inspiring is the dedication that some of the workers have to run the store smoothly. There is also a lot of creativity, especially when it comes to holidays, so management sets up parts of the store to correlate with a specific holiday. Most of the workers here are nice people and make great friends. Something that is uninspiring is sometimes the rules that corporate makes in which a lot of us workers do not agree with. Also, there are a lot of unfriendly customers who happen to be very rude to the workers. It is best to ignore the negativity. Overall, I think it is a great place to work, especially for a first time job and having good co-workers make it a plus
