This week covers consumer behavior and focuses on influences on decision making, I want you to think about a recent purchase (easier to pick a sizable purchase or one with a lot of elements or choices to customize it for you). What was the product and the brand? What factors influenced your decision- i.e. what features were you seeking or what needs were you attempting to satisfy and what influences went into that purchase? Were you the sole decision maker or not? Walk me through the steps in the consumer decision procress describing in detail your purchase. What other brands did you consider and decide against? Any buyers' remorse?
