This week we are learning about the importance of surrounding yourself with a talented and compatible team. The case activity is a study of Wild Friends Foods. This new startup was started by Keeley Tillotson and Erika Welsh. Read through the case, watch the new episode, and go to their ABOUT US webpage and watch their ABOUT US video then answer the following questions:

1) Compare and contrast Keeley and Erika's personalities and work styles. How do they complement each other and what areas are they weak in as a partnership?

2) Discuss why they decided to expand their team. Who did they choose to include and why did they seek outside partnerships? How did this help and/or hinder the founding team?

3) How did business growth cause the Wild Friends team to adapt?
