If you were to lead a company on a Quality Control undertaking:

• How would you lead and inspire others in this "Change Management" undertaking?
• Consider the ISO Management Principles (Customer Focus, Leadership, Engagement of People, Process Approach, Improvement, Evidence-Based Decision Making, Relationship Management (ISO, 1970)) that we covered in our lecture this week. Select two other approaches that you would focus on initially to create quality in your organization and explain why you selected them.
