This week we learn about different types of motivation, and how motivated employees are more prone to staying at the organization they work for. I truly feel that as you go through the different phases of your life, different things become more important to you, and you will respond to different forms of motivation. For example, when someone has a family, they may need more flexibility in their schedule, or what might become important to them is the ability to work from home. What would motivate you, at this stage of your life , to stay within an organization? In your experience, what type of motivational efforts were put in place?
