This week we learn in our reading about "Developing a Learning Contract" for your internship. Am important part of the Learning Contract is supervision/leadership within the internship. After reading chapter 3 and watching the video, discuss with your peers the following:

1. What supervisory style do you prefer?
2. What problems may develop if your supervisor's style is not what you prefer?
3. What tools could you utilize within the internship to address conflict with the style of leadership with your supervisor?
