This week we start looking at project Scope Management, and project Schedule Management. For some of this week's tasks, you will need to use Microsoft Project. Your Assignment for This Week Chapter 5 - Read the Running Case at the end of the chapter. Do tasks 1 through 4. Do NOT do task 5. On Task 1, ONLY do the requirements traceability matrix. You do NOT need to develop a list of questions for the project sponsor. . Chapter 6 - Read the Running Case at the end of the chapter. Complete tasks 1 though 3. Formatting Requirements: Tasks 1, 2 and 3 in Chapter 5 should be completed using the appropriate template from the data files available in the Files section of the course, or on the companion web site (Links to an external site.) as explained in the Course Overview . Where you are asked to create a Gantt chart, you may use any of the Project Management software packages you investigated in the Week 1 homework, or you can create a version of a Gantt chart in Excel. If you use software other than Word or Excel, you must submit a screenshot or PDF of your work
