This week we will start our discussion of Disciplined Agile (DA). One of the features of DA is three distinct phases: Inception, Construction, and Transition. The Inception phase includes activities to identify a project vision. Some organizations call this a project charter or a business case, but regardless of the name it's an important early step in any project, even if you're not using agile.
