This week you are asked to do a Behavior Analysis (PIC/NIC Analysis) about an employee (or friend or family member) who “consistently does more than is required in his/her job.” To prepare for this assignment, please help your colleagues by posting your thoughts about the analysis: What is a PIC/NIC analysis? Why do one in the first place? Why do the analysis for both the “desired” behavior as well as the “competing” behavior? How might you apply the findings from the analysis to increase Discretionary Performance in your organization?
