Compose a paper analyzing the four different leadership styles, and then identify and evaluate the type of leader you believe yourself to be. Include specific examples in your assessment that would lead you to believe that you are a specific type of leader. These examples can be from past professional or personal experiences. Interpret how your leadership style affects the dynamics of groups you have worked with or led. In addition, include recommendations for self-improvement in those areas where perhaps you are not as strong. Lastly, discuss which style aligns with a global company. After writing your assessment, create a visual representation of your leadership style. This can be an infographic, chart, or any other creative visual aid you like.
