This week you will complete a $3-5$ minute video on Ethics in Leadership. This video should be done using Kaltura or another video creation tool $($mp$4).$ Before completing this assignment read Chapters $8$ & $9$ in the Johns textbook.

Your video should include the following:

$2.$ An explanation of one type of ethical trap.

$3.$ A brief explanation of how leadership should demonstrate ethics in healthcare.
