This week, your assignment will build a checklist for the elements/tasks of a kitchen cabinet project that your hypothetical construction company is selling, which would precede a formal Work Breakdown Structure with milestones. You will be preparing a contract to sell the item or service. The expectation is that you thoughtfully consider what you need, not that you are a professional architect, or engineer with all the minute details.
