The Team member:
Stacy has been in middle management at your electronics company for 11 years. She has recently been given a promotion to manage all of the customer service agents in the company. Stacy is having a problem because she keeps telling her staff how to do things, and she feels they are not listening or doing what she asks quite often. The staff have been surveyed and feel Stacy does not understand their issue in customer service, and they do not think she is giving them good advice and that she is even setting bad policy.
