This week's focus is about achievement! To achieve the ultimate goal, a strategic plan is to be put in place to ensure the proper steps are being taken. Along the way, it is important to celebrate and reward oneself when certain tasks or levels are achieved to aid in continued motivation. This is especially needed when the steps may take longer or are more challenging. Michael Jordan once said, "Some people want it to happen, some wish it would happen, others make it happen." In addition, John F. Kennedy once said, "There are risks and costs to action. But they are far less than the long-range risks of comfortable inaction."
