Thomas Hart was sued by James West in Nevada. The regional reporter has the case on page 549 of volume 715 of the second series. The official reporter has the case in volume 44 on page 55. This was decided in 1977 and the information you quoted from is on pages 551 and 57. Hart v. West, 715 F.2d 549 (9th Cir. 1983) was answered prior, but just so that I can understand this question/answer better... Why is it 1983 instead of 1977 and what about the quoted pages placement
