Thoughts about the more difficult task a government prosecutor must achieve, as opposed to a civil case where a positive result can be achieved on the standard of "more likely than not likely"?Should criminal cases be treated more like civil cases, and simply require the government to prove the accused was more likely than not to have committed the crime? Should all evidence be considered in a criminal case, even if in the process of obtaining the evidence, all the rules were not followed?
