The two strategies I would use would be the action of displaying analyzed data. There is power in numbers, any by outlining a vision for internal and external stakeholders, it is important to utilize this data so that they can see what the effects are for the organization, the communities, and the staff. Along with that, I would also want to recenter the focus to aligning with the given mission and values that organizations are putting out and promising the public. As leadership, it is important for someone to realize the need for change, as it can drastically benefit the organization and reverse the negative outcomes that have occurred overtime due to the lack of awareness and attention that was not given prior (Lancet et al. 2023). With that being said, internal stakeholders including leadership would need to also share this drive, because it is going to improve their workplace culture, increase positive outcomes, and reverse the staff shortage.
