Three identical single-phase transformers each rated at 100 kVA, 7 kV/3.5 kV are joined together as a three phase transformer bank. The high voltage sides are connected in delta and the low voltage sides are connected in wye. A three phase wye-connected load of 200 kW and 50 kVAr is connected across the secondary winding. Compute the following: (i) Ratio of the line voltages for the three phase transformer bank (ii) The three phase line currents in both the delta and wye connections Note: The given voltage ratio is stated to be for the single phase transformers. Hence, the ratio of line voltages for the three phase transformer bank will not be the same.
