(i) Use these data to test if the population mean times differ for the three projects. Level of significance is given as 0.5.

(ii) At the 0.5 level of significance, test for the equality of the means for project 1 and 3 (using Fisher's LSD method).

(iii) Develop a 95% confidence interval estimate of the difference between the means for projects 1 and project 2 (using Fisher's LSD method).
