Mrs. B is saying that "Tactical decisions are the most difficult and complex decisions to manage in supply chains", whereas, Mrs. C is saying that "Operational decisions are the most difficult and complex decisions to manage in supply chains". They all started arguing and justifying each of their opinions. a. As an expert, explain with an example, what is your opinion that which decisions (Strategic, Tactical, and Operational) are difficult and complex to manage and why?

b. Supposed a company decided to launch a new product "a new premium watch", explain in detail how this Strategic decision will be linked effciciently with Tactical and Operational Decisions of the company's supply chain by Identifying the challenges that would be involved in distributing this product (new watch) on a global scale to different markets (local and international). How will you estimate the demand of your product and how might you modify this product to sell it to different global markets?
