Set measurements to understand if you have, or have not, met your objectives. Process

1. Make a list of your interests, strengths, and areas for improvement. Ask yourself: a. What area of my field of study am I most interested in? b. What technical skills do I want to learn during this work term? Please be as specific as you can. c. What interpersonal skills do I want to work on? (teamwork, leadership, listening, accepting constructive criticism, etc.). d. What employability skills do I want to strengthen? (networking, self-confidence, email/office etiquette, etc.) e. What strength areas can I further improve? (Programming languages, manual drafting, surveying, rigging, report writing, etc.) f. How will I know if I am contributing to the organization? g. What areas in the industry would I like to learn more about (HR, Sustainable Design, Hotel Management, SAP, AutoCAD, Project Management, Agile Development, etc.)

2. Please use the learning objective criteria checklist to write your learning objectives and measurements
