Your description should achieve the following:

Ensure that each component of organizational architecture is represented explicitly in the scenario.

Hint: One of these components is "performance measurement." Within the discussion of this component, incorporate an example of how a manager in the scenario faces issues of controllability, interdependence, and/or alignment.
