Throughout the class and both online and off, you have had the opportunity to review business cases on a variety of information systems projects; you have been asked to report the facts, findings, and make your own assessment of the lessons learned from each case. In Chapter 10, the text explores what is truly meant by a business case and offers some explanation on it's purposes. When proposing changes or developing new systems or other costly IT projects, who or whom should be developing and presenting the case to the business leadership for this funding?
