Throughout the life of a project resources come and go. It's a fact of life. People get better offers, people leave an organization, people are assigned to work on a different project. Assume you are a project manager on a project where one (or more) key resource(s) have left or are leaving your project. Or share a story about a time that you experienced this situation.
