Throughout this class, we have looked at ways policies and laws in the built environment have picked people who have a relatively easy path to middle$-$class success, or better, in life, and other people have had a harder path to success. Give at least three examples in the built environment where people have been, and$/$or continue to be$,$ treated differently in ways that may or may not be unfair. $($Consider issues such as equality in housing, wealth creation, equal rights, access to education, health, and safety.$)$
