Throughout this course, you have read about 9 different theories that you can use as a foundation to base your work with families: Psychodynamic, Bowen Family System, Behavioral, CBT, Experiential, Structural, Strategic, Solution Focused, and Narrative. For up to 10 extra credit points, answer the following:

• Write a paragraph explaining the theory that you feel the most drawn to and why. Perhaps how it most aligns with you personally, the techniques and role of the clinician that most speaks to you, etc.
• Write a paragraph about which theory you feel would be your LAST choice in working with couples or families. Write about why, what seems unnatural, or not helpful, or what is basic to that particular approach that is not attractive to you.
