Throughout this project, you will choose one area you would like to improve about yourself. For the first part of the project, you will describe your chosen area of improvement, write a SMART goal for the project, and explain your plan of action through the PDSA model (Plan, Do, Study, Act). Next, you will do a literature search on your chosen topic and find one scholarly article written in the past 5 years to support your project. Finally, you will describe your CliftonStrengths and discuss how they will help you succeed in the project
