Throughout Unit 2, I referred to the Constitution as an "enduring document." There are different schools of thought about how the Constitution should be interpreted and which judicial interpretation is best. One judicial interpretation states that the provisions of the Constitution should be interpreted based on the Framers' original intent from a historical context.
